Monthly Regenerative Culture Meetings

Welcome to the monthly meeting to Invent and Co-Create a regenerative culture in SOMOS invention centre.

The Regenerative Culture meeting is different from other meetings. It is not a space to analyse and to try and use logic or what we think is possible to figure things out.

This is an invitation to sample other resources and tools apart from your mind and what you already know.

The second part of the encounter is an invitation to nourish SOMOS, the land and project which hosts the meeting by spending an hour and a half doing physical and energetic work on the land.

Women's Possibility Team

Every Monday 7pm - 9pm in SOMOS, La Orotava.
Our new beginning has its origins in consciousness, radical responsibility and interdependence. In standing up for ourselves in relationship to other women, men and nature. Gaia's body, our bodies, continue to be ravaged, exploited, consumed and abused in an endless circus of power games, greed and ignorance that kills our aliveness and potential.
The time of being nice and adaptive, twisting yourself to please others and look after a system that is eliminating your children's future is over. You can decide it is over now. So a brighter future might have a chance.
Our job is to build the Bridge from modern culture to the next culture.
The bridge is built as we walk it.

The Expand The Box Training is a training space designed with powerful healing and initiatory processes to precisely open you up to these new abilities and resources.

Become an Experimenter

Becoming an experimenter means transfroming from being a passive-bystander into the main actor, from being the person that says 'it's just the way I am made' to the one that says 'I choose who I am'.

Experiments take you to your next steo along the path, they create a new experience in your being that allows you to discover new ways of being and living that could change the stories you have about yourself and present you with a whole new menu of possibilities for your life.

Awaken your Wild Heart

Do you want to get out of “the system”?

If you are reading this, it is likely that at some stage in your Path, you got disillusioned from the linear life plan of what it is to be a “good citizen”: work 9 - 5, get married, save money, have children, retire, then maybe start living.

In order to survive, you may have had to close your Heart, life was too painful to feel your Anger, Sadness, Fear and Joy and you unconsciously decided to numb them.

By now you may have also discovered that: we are One - there is no escaping the system. So, let’s create another one! We survived! It is time to re-awaken our Wild Hearts, they hold precious information of the unique piece you and I bring to Co-create a culture where we actually want to live in.

Heart Lab

Every Saturday 9.30 - 10.30, Playa Jardin, Puerto de la Cruz

Heart Lab is a space of experimentation and discovery to tap into the intelligence and energy of your heart.

The mind deals in reason and logic, if something doesn't make sense it rejects it. But being really alive is so unreasonable, absurd and non-linear.

When you use other resources other than your mind to guide you in your life, suddenly the menu of possibilities becomes so much bigger, suddenly you can live full-out again.

Letting your heart speak is simply a doorway back to living in deep connection with your Heart, and the Hearts of those around you. Welcome.
