The Purpose

The world is evolving.

Only a few centuries ago it was normal to buy slaves.
Women had no rights.
People could rape or kill and easily get away with it.
Parents beat their children without hiding it.
Unknown diseases killed millions.

And in many parts of the world, this is still happening.

Today we face different insanities.

People create wars over beliefs and money.
There is a global pandemic of mental illness.
Children are forced into schools where they sit in silence for years.
We have passed a point of no return toward an unpredictable climate future.
More than thirty species go instinct every day.
And most people spend their lives doing things they do not want to do.

Evolution does not happen by itself.

It happens when people take a stand and create something that did not exist before.

At some point it was impossible to cross the ocean.
Impossible to fly like birds.
Impossible to go to the moon.
Until someone did it.

Who are the people who do the impossible?

This is an invitation to join me in my research.

My name is Oran. I dedicate my life to exploring human cultural potential. My aim is to create, within ten years, non-profit year-long trainings around the world where people initiate into authentic adulthood — adults fulfilling their deepest longings through creating a future that actually makes sense.

I am looking for a group of 8–15 men to join me for a three-week experiment in initiation into authentic adulthood.

This will be an immersive transformational ground.

A space to experiment with who you are beyond conditioning.
A space to practice creating culture instead of unconsciously consuming it.

What to expect?

In this journey we will focus on three main domains.

Upgrading your relationship with yourself:
We will work directly with the practical tools needed to transform the structures that shape you — outdated thought frames, automatic survival strategies, emotional reactivity, unconscious commitments, and your shadow purposes. The tools will allow you to be aware of, own and engineer your inner landscape with clarity, compassion and fun.

Deepening the possibilities for team and men's culture:
The training will be a navigated journey into questions that matter.
What becomes possible when men stop playing lone wolf?
What becomes possible when the “brother code” of silence, fake respect, and subtle competition ends?
What becomes possible when men risk radical honesty instead?
We will practice experimenting far beyond our known comfort zone, using the tools we have acquired for navigating in the realm of unknown possibilities.

Take the next steps in fulfilling your destiny:
You will put your practice into action. You will start creating the next steps towards your mission - with a group of men on your team, men that have seen all your parts, that can see all your blindspots, and that have researched with you the stand of teamship. Choosing to commit to the training, you will finish it with a clear experimential commitment for creating the reality you want, a team to keep you accountable, and the tools to make it happen.

This is not a retreat. this is not school. This is an experiment for you to take responsibility for your precious life.

No one can do it for you.
No one can stop you from doing it.

What am I commiting to?

This experiment is not for everyone. You will test the edge of your comfort zone - of your body, your mind, your emotionality and more. You will experience days without electronics, initiations where you will not know what will happen next and when it will come. There will be moments where you think you have gone crazy, moments where your self image will be shattered and the illusion of reality as you know it will crumble through your fingers.

You will always be able to say NO. Nothing is obligatory.

You Will:

- Learn to consciously feel your feelings and distinguish them from reactivity;

- Practice new communication skills for empathic and collaborative relating;

- Take your Authority back to create your own life outside the well trodden path;

- Reclaim and recover your Dignity as a centered and grounded Adult;

- Discover how to access domains of non-linear creativity and possibility in service of your life and others;

- Hold space for other’s transformation;

- Transform and heal old wounds into clarity for your path and Mission;

- Gain clarity about invisible limiting patterns that are holding you back and how to transform them;

- Experience your extraordinary nature;

- Navigate to extraordinary spaces of intimacy and collaboration;

- Experience and participate in a transformational village of deeply committed people;

- Be a part of co-creating a new culture of Edgeworkers that is already changing hundreds of thousands of lifes around the world;

- Create clarity about your mission in life and unfold next steps.

As a cultural creator, I serve as a bridge for people to discover the culture that truly aligns with their authentic self. I have originated this experiment as my next steps for following my personal mission - to make initiation into adulthood accessable to everyone.

I am not a trainer and I don't see myself as an expert. I see myself more as a radical experimenter that goes to unknown territories with my teams - with personal transformation as a means to something bigger - researching human potential.

Tenerife is the home of SOMOS, a living invention center for the creation of regenerative culture and a training ground for agents of transformation.

SOMOS is taking a stand for new cultures to exist in Tenerife. And for the first time is hosting the upcoming Deep Water Training..

Tenerife is a volcanic island that has a strong energy that seems to attract people looking for transformation, people often go into a liquid state just from being here.
